Wonderful Ways To Practice Self-Love

1) Create a self-love ritual. Shut off the TV and unplug from sociable media for a quarter-hour to get centered while self-pampering. My favorite way to do this is to moisturize my epidermis with intention.As I massage my feet I actually thank them for getting me to where I actually need to go; as I moisturize my hands I love them for all the transactions and introductions they've allowed myself to with throughout my life.
